Keep going places by using your Go Rewards points and fly for free with Cebu Pacific! For you to be able to book a flight, you must have the following:

Active Go Rewards account;
Verified Email address; and
50 minimum Go Rewards points.

If your registered email address in your MyCebuPacific Account is different from your Go Rewards account, please contact Go Rewards Customer Care or Cebu Pacific Customer Care to have your email address updated. If your email is updated, follow these steps to redeem a flight using the Go Rewards app:

Log in to you Go Rewards account via the website or mobile app.
Click on "Fly" and search for flights.
Select your flight, passengers, and add-ons. You can use our points to purchase flights for others by adding them as a travel groupmate. Just click on the Plus button, enter the information asked.
Proceed to the payment page to confirm the booking. Should your points be insufficient to purchase a ticket, top-up options via Visa / Mastercard credit card are available. Remember to complete the booking within 15 minutes Otherwise, the page will be refreshed and you'll have to restart the booking process.

If you don't have a MyCebuPacific account just yet, no need to worry! When you book a flight using the Go Rewards website or mobile app, your MyCebuPacific account will be automatically created, provided that you agree to the privacy policy. Towards the end of the booking, you'll be prompted to accept a privacy policy and once you accept this, your MyCebuPacific account will be created. An auto-generated password will be sent to your registered Go Rewards email address, and you can now use this password to log in MyCebuPacific.
