Service Fees
π©βπ» The Admin Fee is charged to guests for using Cebu Pacific's digital channels (such as the website and mobile app) and non-digital channels (such as Customer Care, Group Sales) to book a flight.
If your flight has been disrupted, the Admin Fee may be refunded or stored in a Travel Fund. Visit our online disruptions article to learn more.
π« The Firearms Handling Fee is a service fee charged to guests who intend to bring firearms via check-in.
π‘ Reminders:
- Guests are only allowed to bring firearms in domestic routes. This fee will be charged per sector and per guest.
- The cost of this fee depends on the date of your booking and is based on regulatory guidelines.
- You may approach the airport counter to check the applicable fee for your flight.

This fee cannot be re-routed, refunded and cannot be stored in a Travel Fund.

Personnel from the following Philippine government agencies are exempt from the Firearms Fee:

Complete documents are needed for the exemption. Additional firearms brought shall be subject to applicable charges. |
π£ The Infant Fee is charged to guests traveling with an infant because infants require special assistance.
- A guest is considered an infant if they are at least eight (8) days old to below two (2) years old at the time of travel.
- The cost of this fee will be indicated in your booking summary.
With this, you have the following options:
- Infant without seat - the infant will sit on the lap of the adult.
- Infant with seat - this infant (who must be at least 1 year old) can take the adjacent seat, charged at the lowest available fare.
- Please note that the arrangements cannot be changed once the booking has been paid.

The Passenger Service Charge, also known as the terminal fee, is a government tax charged to passengers traveling domestically or internationally from certain airports.
π‘ Take note!
Starting April 1, 2026, terminal fees will be reduced in airports operated by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP):
- International flights: from PHP 900 to PHP 700 per passenger.
- Domestic flights: from PHP 350 to PHP 150-200 per passenger.
- Principal Class 1 airports: from PHP 300 to PHP 150-200
- Principal Class 2 airports: from PHP 200 to PHP 100
- Community Airports: from PHP 100 to PHP 50
- Whether you booked before or after the terminal fee reduction:
- The updated fee has automatically been included in your total booking amount.
This change is part of efforts to help mitigate the impact of increasing fuel prices.
Please be reminded that the following airports are NOT affected by this change:
- Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Manila)
- Cebu-Mactan International Airport (Cebu)
- Clark International Airport (Clark)
- Laguindingan International Airport (Cagayan de Oro)
- Bohol-Panglao International Airport (Bohol)
- Lio Airport (El Nido)
- Godofredo P. Ramos Airport (Boracay Caticlan)
- Sanga-Sanga Airport (Tawi-Tawi)

Passenger Service Charge exemptions
The following guests are exempted from paying the Passenger Service Charge.

π‘ For unused flights, a refund may be issued for the Passenger Service Charge. This cannot be converted to Travel Fund.

PH Travel Tax
βοΈπ΄ In accordance with the Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA), the Philippine Travel Tax is a levy imposed by the Philippine government on individuals leaving the country. To learn more about this tax, you can check out the TIEZA page.
π‘ You'll need to pay for the PH Travel Tax if you're:
- A Philippine passport holder exiting the Philippines, or;
- A foreigner staying in the Philippines for more than a year.
π Please also be reminded of the following:
- Foreign nationals staying less than a year are NOT required to pay for this tax.
- If you are an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW):
- You are not required to pay the travel tax if you are returning to the country where you are employed.
- However, if you are traveling as a tourist to a different country, the travel tax still applies.
- Your dependents may be eligible for the Privileged Reduced Travel Tax when traveling to your country of employment.

- As per government regulations, the travel tax may only be refunded and cannot be stored in your Travel Fund.
- If you choose to rebook your flight, the travel tax will be carried over to your new booking.
- The travel tax is shown in your Itinerary Receipt as "PH Tax-Manual" and "PH Tax Admin Fee"
β The following guests are exempted from paying the PH Travel Tax:
- Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) returning to the country where they are employed
π‘ Take note! If you are an OFW traveling as a tourist to a different country, the travel tax still applies. - Filipino permanent residents abroad whose stay in the Philippines is less than one year
- Infants (2 years and below)
- Foreign Diplomatic and Consular Officials and Members of their Staff
- Officials, Consultants, Experts, and Employees of the United Nations (UN) Organization and its agencies
- United States (US) Military Personnel including dependents and other US nationals with fares paid for by the US government or on US Government-owned or chartered transport facilities
- Crewmembers of airplanes flying international routes
- Philippine Foreign Service Personnel officially assigned abroad and their dependents (This does not apply to OFWs)
- Officials and Employees of the Philippine Government traveling on official business (excluding Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations)
- Grantees of foreign government funded trips
- Bona-fide Students with approved scholarships by appropriate government agency
- Personnel (and their dependents) of multinational companies with regional headquarters, but not engaged in business, in the Philippines
- Those authorized by the President of the Republic of the Philippines for reasons of national interest
- As provided under R.A. 6768, Balikbayans whose stay in the Philippines is less than one (1) year, and family members of former Filipinos accompanying the latter.
The PH Travel Tax can be easily paid for when you book a flight or manage your booking with Cebu Pacific. There is no need to approach the TIEZA counter if you've already paid for it.
To pay for the tax, simply follow the steps below:

- Book a flight on the Cebu Pacific app.

While booking, you'll be asked to pay for the tax. Make sure to tick the box if you want to avoid long lines at the airport.

After successful payment, the tax should now be reflected in the Fare Breakdown of the confirmation page.

- Log into your MyCebuPacific account and tap "My Bookings"
- Scroll down until you see your booking and tap "Manage" π‘: Can't see your booking? You'll need to add it to your account first.
- Scroll down and tap the "Philippine Travel Tax" box
- Tick the box and proceed to pay for the PH Travel Tax
- After successful payment, the tax should now be reflected in the Fare Breakdown of the confirmation page.
βοΈ General Guidelines
- The PH Travel Tax is now a requirement for you to successfully complete the mandatory eTravel declaration.

If you forgot to pay for the PH Travel Tax on the Cebu Pacific app or website, you may pay for it directly on the eGovPH app.
For a more seamless experience at the airport, please follow the steps below.
- Download the eGovPH app on Google Play or the App Store
- If you're using the app for the first time, sign up for an account using any valid government ID. Otherwise, simply log in.
- Tap on NGAs
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on TIEZA
- Proceed to tap on TIEZA Travel Tax
- Fill out the passenger details. Check your Itinerary Receipt to ensure that you enter the correct details.
π‘ The details must match the information you will enter in your eTravel declaration form.
- Pay for the tax and get your digital receipt. Once payment is successful, there is no need to approach the TIEZA counter at the airport.
π‘ General Guidelines
- Make sure to claim your refund of the PH Travel Tax within two (2) years from the date of payment.
- There is a PHP 300 processing fee when you request to refund the travel tax.
