Connecting flight procedures
Overview
Description
✈️ If your connecting flight is with Cebu Pacific:
🇵🇭 Domestic flights (within PH)
✈️ If you are traveling on a Domestic–Domestic–Domestic route (e.g. MNL–CEB–DVO),
- You can head straight to your boarding gate.
- Your baggage will automatically be transferred to your connecting flight.
🛫 Outbound international flights (Exiting PH)
🌐 If you are traveling on a Domestic–Domestic–International route (e.g. CEB–MNL–DXB),
- You can head straight to your boarding gate.
- Your baggage will automatically be transferred to your connecting flight.
🇦🇺 However, if you are bound for Australia (e.g. BCD–MNL–SYD),
- You will have to go through AU-mandated baggage screening.
- Proceed to the dedicated check-in counter for MEL or SYD for your boarding pass and for baggage screening.
🛬 Inbound international flights (Entering PH)
🇵🇭 If you are traveling International–Domestic–Domestic (e.g. SIN–MNL–ILO):
- Claim your baggage at the Arrival area;
- Go to Customs for baggage clearing;
- Go to our Transfer Desk for further handling.
🌐 If you are traveling on a multi-city or multi-sector flight:
- Claim your baggage at the Arrival area;
- Proceed to the check-in counters to re-check your baggage.
💡 All guests entering the Philippines (including layovers) are required to register for the eTravel Declaration.

- Claim your baggage at the Arrival Area;
- Check in to your connecting flight's airline.
