Cebu Pacific’s Heightened Care Policy is implemented to provide our customers with additional options, more than what the Philippine Air Passenger Bill of Rights requires (APBR). This applies to disrupted flights due to the recent fleet constraints, brought about by the global shortage of aircraft parts and the delayed delivery of new aircrafts.

Terminal Delay of at least six (6) hours after the estimated time of departure	To be notified beforehand of the fact of cancellation To amenities such as food, beverages, hotel accommodations, etc.; and Refund; or Rebook; or To be endorsed to another carrier without additional charge; or Additional compensation equivalent to at least the value of the sector delayed, i.e., one-way voucher	To be notified beforehand of the fact of cancellation To amenities such as food, beverages, hotel accommodations, etc.; and Refund; or Rebook; or To be endorsed to another carrier without additional charge One-way travel voucher for delays of at least 4 hours* Round-Trip Travel Voucher for delays of at least 6 hours* Travel Fund*
