How do I clear browser cache?

Overview

Description

There may be instances where the Cebu Pacific website does not properly load. It's possible that this is due to a caching issue, which happens to a lot of websites. There are basic troubleshooting steps you can do to resolve this. Follow these simple steps to clear cache:

For Chrome browsers:

  1. Open Chrome on your computer and click the vertical ellipses at the upper right corner of the screen. These are the three (3) dots, arranged vertically. They're right below the X button to close the browser.
  2. Click on "More tools", then click on "Clear browsing data...". Alternatively, you can also press Ctrl + Shift + Del keys on your keyboard.
  3. You'll then see the "Clear browsing data" window. Pick a timeframe from the drop down menu. This will capture all cache within that timeframe.
  4. Check or uncheck boxes based on what you want to clear, but make sure to check the "Cached images and files" box. This is what we need to clear.
  5. Click on "Clear data", then refresh the Cebu Pacific website.

For Mozilla Firefox browsers:

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox on your computer and click the burger menu at the upper right corner of the screen. These are the three (3) horizontal lines right below the X button to close the browser.
  2. Click on "Settings", then click on "Privacy and Security" on the left side of the screen.
  3. Scroll down to the "Cookies and Site Data" section and click on "Clear Data". It's a gray button on the right.
  4. Check or uncheck boxes based on what you want to clear, but make sure to check the "Cached Web Content" box. This is what we need to clear.
  5. Click the "Clear" button, then refresh the Cebu Pacific website.

Take Note! Do not hit the refresh button once you're on the Payment Page.
