How do I clear browser cache?
Overview
Description
There may be instances where the Cebu Pacific website does not properly load. It's possible that this is due to a caching issue, which happens to a lot of websites. There are basic troubleshooting steps you can do to resolve this. Follow these simple steps to clear cache:
For Chrome browsers:
- Open Chrome on your computer and click the vertical ellipses at the upper right corner of the screen. These are the three (3) dots, arranged vertically. They're right below the X button to close the browser.
- Click on "More tools", then click on "Clear browsing data...". Alternatively, you can also press Ctrl + Shift + Del keys on your keyboard.
- You'll then see the "Clear browsing data" window. Pick a timeframe from the drop down menu. This will capture all cache within that timeframe.
- Check or uncheck boxes based on what you want to clear, but make sure to check the "Cached images and files" box. This is what we need to clear.
- Click on "Clear data", then refresh the Cebu Pacific website.
For Mozilla Firefox browsers:
- Open Mozilla Firefox on your computer and click the burger menu at the upper right corner of the screen. These are the three (3) horizontal lines right below the X button to close the browser.
- Click on "Settings", then click on "Privacy and Security" on the left side of the screen.
- Scroll down to the "Cookies and Site Data" section and click on "Clear Data". It's a gray button on the right.
- Check or uncheck boxes based on what you want to clear, but make sure to check the "Cached Web Content" box. This is what we need to clear.
- Click the "Clear" button, then refresh the Cebu Pacific website.
Take Note! Do not hit the refresh button once you're on the Payment Page.
