Options vary for each type of disruption. To know which are applicable for you, please check your email. These may include some or all of the following:

Accept flight changes if the new schedule works for you;
Rebook your flight to another date or schedule;
Request for a refund of your fare according to your form of payment; or
Convert the value of your fare to Travel Fund, which does not expire and can be used to book a flight for anyone.

While there is no deadline in choosing an option for disrupted flights, Rebooking beyond the 30-day window is subject to fare difference and can only be availed through live chat.
