Redeeming Your Travel Voucher

Travel vouchers are tickets issued by Cebu Pacific in certain situations.

It covers the base fare of any future travel plans you may have!

These vouchers are non-transferrable, non-rebookable, and doesn't cover terminal fees and other taxes.

• Your travel voucher will be sent to the email address you used when booking your flight.
  • Please check the email you used to get the latest updates about your flight.
  • You can also view your available travel voucher by logging in to your MyCebuPacific account.
  • Currently, travel vouchers can only be redeemed via the Cebu Pacific mobile app.
• Travel vouchers are valid only for flights within the Philippines or for flights departing from the Philippines.
• Each voucher is assigned to a specific passenger name and cannot be transferred nor changed to another name.
• Each voucher is assigned to a specific flight type and cannot be changed to another origin/destination.
• Travel vouchers cannot be converted to Travel Fund or in the form of a refund.

Travel vouchers may be issued for the following flight types:

• Domestic One-way
• Domestic Round-trip
• International One-way (Short haul)
• International Round-trip (Short haul)
• International One-Way (Long haul)
• International Round-trip (Long haul)
