Before arriving at the airport, make sure to check in online!
If you can't check in online, you can line up at the regular airport counters.
✈️ For domestic flights, airport counters close 45 minutes before departure. Please arrive at the airport two (2) hours before your flight schedule.
We encourage you to check in with the Cebu Pacific app! With the app, you can check-in and download your digital boarding pass.

✏️ Important Reminders:
- Generally, digital IDs are not accepted.
- Exception: The Philippine National ID presented via the eGovPH app can be considered valid.
- Conditional acceptance: Screenshots or saved images of the Philippine National ID may be accepted, but the passenger will be required to provide additional identity verification at the check-in counter.
- Government-issued IDs on paper such as the Philippine National ID can be accepted.
- Any government-issued ID from a foreign country is acceptable for use on domestic flights, provided it contains personal information, photo, and is still valid.
Children without a school ID may present a birth certificate as an alternative form of identification.
- For Filipino citizens, the birth certificate must be issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).
- Parents or guardians may be required to provide additional identity verification at the check-in counter.
👶 For infants (0-2 years old)
Guests traveling with infants may present the infant's physical Passport, Birth Certificate or Baby Book as identification during check-in.
