Where to Get Your Free Snacks

This guide is intended for passengers who have received a text message or email about complimentary snacks due to a flight delay or cancelation.

Description

Free snacks or complimentary meals are provided to passengers whose flights are either:

  • ⌛ Delayed for at least two (2) hours, or;
  • ❌ Cancelled within 24 hours before scheduled time of departure.

A text message and/or email is sent to passengers affected by flight delays or cancelations

 


How to claim your snack:

  1. 🎫 Prepare your boarding pass (digital or printed)
  2. ✅ Choose from the list of Cebu Pacific's partner merchants below
  3. 🏪 Present your boarding pass to your preferred merchant

 

❗Reminders:

  • Meals cannot be redeemed inflight.
  • Redemption is only valid on the day of disruption.
  • Meals can only be redeemed at the airport specified in the email or text message you received.
