Network Update: International Flight Cancellations

As part of Cebu Pacific’s network realignment, the planned launch or resumption of select routes has been deferred. As a result, some flights will be cancelled during specific travel periods.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause to your travel plans.

If your flight is affected, you may choose from the flexible options available for your booking, such as:

• Rebook your flight to another available flight or travel date.
• Convert the value of your fare to a Travel Fund.
• Request a refund of your fare.

Please visit Manage Booking to view and select the available options for your booking.

It is not possible to change your destination through rebooking, as rebooking only allows adjustments to the date and time of your flight.

 

If you wish to fly to a different destination, you may choose to convert your booking to a Travel Fund instead. This lets you use the full value of your fare to book a new flight to any available destination.

Since these changes were identified ahead of the scheduled start of operations, we’re informing affected passengers as early as possible so they have more time to adjust their travel plans.
