Base fare means that additional fees are not yet included in the fare displayed.

• Government taxes, such as Philippine Travel Tax
• Airport terminal fees
• Other surcharges

Senior citizens and persons with disabilities (PWDs) can avail of our domestic seat sales, but their respective citizen discounts cannot be applied to the promotional fares.

If you can't see any Seat Sale or Promo Fare flights, that may mean:

• We've already run out of seat allocation for that destination
• The destination you're looking for might not be included in the sale that day or your travel period is not covered by the promo

The 9.9 #CEBSuperSeatFest is Cebu Pacific’s 9.9 seat sale, offering one-way base fares as low as PHP 1 for domestic and international destinations and PHP 469 for Australia flights.

The 9.9 #CEBSuperSeatFest runs from September 8 to 10, 2026. Book early for the best chance to enjoy promotional fares on select routes, flights, and travel dates, subject to seat availability.

The travel period for this seat sale is January 1 to May 31, 2027.

No. PHP 1 is the one-way base fare only. Government taxes, fuel surcharge, administrative fees, terminal fees, and optional add-ons are not yet included. 

The PHP 1 promotional fare is available only on select flights, routes, and travel dates, and is subject to seat availability.

Meanwhile, the PHP 469 promotional fare is applicable for Australia flights, subject to seat availability.
