First name OR Last name:
- Guests can only change their first OR last name ONCE, as long as:
- Changes are made within 24 hours of booking
- It's more than two (2) hours before flight departure
- Guests aren't checked in yet
- This cannot be changed for round-trip flights if the first flight is already completed.
- Middle initial / middle name is optional during booking.
- If you only need to switch your first and last name, please contact our live agents.
Birthday:
- Guests can only change their birthday ONCE, as long as:
- It's more than two (2) hours before flight departure
- Guests aren't checked in yet
- Changes that will affect passenger type (e.g., from infant to child, from child to adult, etc.) can only be made by a live agent. Please contact our live agents for more assistance.
Nationality or salutation:
- Guests can only change their nationality ONCE, as long as:
- It's more than two (2) hours before flight departure
- Guests aren't checked in yet
- Once a change/correction has been saved in this field, no other changes/corrections can be done, unless for a citizen or nationality change due to legal reasons. In this case, the passenger must submit necessary document/s through agent-assisted channels for manual processing.
Contact and destination information:
- Guests can update their contact number, destination address, and emergency contact as many times as necessary before boarding their flight.
- Guests can only update the email address of the booking if they weren’t logged in during initial booking.
- Guests can also add their Go Rewards account number during this step.
