How do I request an Official Receipt from Charlie?

Chat with Charlie on the Cebu Pacific website or mobile app
On the website, look out for the Charlie icon on the bottom right corner of the page.
On the mobile app, tap "Menu" and you'll see the option to chat with Charlie under the "Talk to Us" section.
