Feeling a bit lost at the airport? No worries! Here are the basic guidelines to help you navigate your way on the day of your flight!

1️⃣ Arrival and Check-In


Before arriving at the airport, make sure to check in online!

If you can't check in online, you can line up at the regular airport counters.

2️⃣ Baggage Check-In


After checking in, you can drop your baggage via:

  • Self Bag Drop Kiosks (for NAIA Terminal 3 only), or;
  • Regular Bag Drop Counters

3️⃣ Security and Screening


  • 🎫 Prepare your boarding pass and physical ID or passport.
    • This will be inspected at passenger entrances / immigration.
  • 🚫 Make sure you're not bringing any Dangerous Goods.
    • All items classified as Dangerous Goods will automatically be confiscated by security. 

📝 If you are exiting or entering the Philippines:

  • Register your flight via eTravel within 72 hours (3 days) before departure, then save the QR code generated at the end of the form.

 


4️⃣ Boarding and Departure

  • 🎫 Check your boarding pass to know your boarding gate number and time.
    • Changes will be communicated through airport screens or through a text message.
    • Make sure to check for any gate changes at least 1 hour before departure!
  • ⌚ Boarding starts 45 minutes before departure and closes 15 minutes before departure.
  • 🛂 Prepare your individual boarding pass and physical ID or passport for scanning at the boarding gate.
