If you paid for the PH Travel Tax using a Credit Card / Debit Card / e-Wallet / Partner Agents, you may request to refund this from Cebu Pacific. Here's how:

For guests who experienced flight disruptions:

Guests on disrupted flights will get an email notifying them of the disruption and their options.
For guests who opt for the "Refund" option, the PH Travel Tax will be automatically included in the refund, as long as it remains unused.
Guests who selected the "Travel Fund" option must request for refund of PH Travel Tax by reaching out to us through our agent-assisted channels.

For guests who voluntarily choose to cancel their flight or don't use their booking (either due to no show or forfeited bookings):

Guests who didn't proceed with their flight due to no show (missed flight) or forfeited bookings must request for refund of PH Travel Tax via Manage Booking on the Cebu Pacific website.

Simply follow the steps below:

Log in to your MyCebuPacific account. Please be reminded that an account is required to make any changes to your booking.
Hover your mouse over "Manage" and click "Manage Booking"
Select the flight you missed by clicking on the "Manage" button. (Can't see your flight? Add it to your account first.)
Under Modify My Flight, click on the "Request for Refund" box and select "Refund of government taxes for unused flight."

If you paid in the Ticketing Office or Airport Counter, the refund of PH Travel Tax will depend on the number of days since the booking was made or when the PH Travel Tax was paid.

If it has been less than 26 days since the date of PH Travel Tax payment, Cebu Pacific will process the refund.
