- Death certificate
- Cremation certificate
- Permit to transport, if entering or leaving the Philippines

- Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) permit
- Cremation certificate

- Domestic flights: Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI) permit
- International flights: Required government permits for your destination or origin country
