If your child aged 12 to 17 is traveling alone to an international destination:

• They must present a travel clearance issued by the Department of Social Welfare and Development upon check-in at the airport counters.

• Take note! An additional Unaccompanied Minor (UM) Fee will apply when you book online.
  • This fee is refundable, as long as the child is traveling with another adult who will be on the same flight.
  • The UM Fee is only issued for domestic flights.
  • To request a refund of the UM Fee, please chat with us via our app or website to connect with a Live Agent who can help.
    
    
• If your child is turning 12 years old during the travel period:
  • Due to system limitations, they will need to be booked as an Adult passenger for the return flight.
  • With this, please book separate one-way flights instead.
  • Entering an incorrect birth date upon booking may cause delays once you're at the airport.
    • When booking, make sure to enter the correct birthday as indicated in your child's official documents or ID.
