What is an Extra Seat?

An extra seat is an additional seat purchased by a passenger for various reasons, such as:

• Added personal space for comfort during the flight;
• Medical needs, including mobility aids or special seating requirements; or
• Transporting fragile or valuable items (e.g., musical instruments and religious items) that must remain in the cabin.

Purchasing an extra seat involves two key components:

• An Additional Flight Fare
  • You will need to pay for a second seat at the current fare rate.
• CEB Seat Selector Add-on for Both Seats
  • To ensure your original seat and extra seat are beside each other, you must purchase the CEB Seat Selector Add-on for each seat.
