💺When booking a flight, guests normally cannot book two seats under the same name. Instead, you will need to purchase an Extra Seat.

What is an Extra Seat?

An extra seat is an additional seat purchased by a passenger for various reasons, such as:

  • Added personal space for comfort during the flight;
  • Medical needs, including mobility aids or special seating requirements; or
  • Transporting fragile or valuable items (e.g., musical instruments and religious items) that must remain in the cabin.

❗Important: Purchasing an extra seat requires assistance from our live agents. It cannot be completed through the Cebu Pacific app or website. 

 

💬 How to Purchase an Extra Seat

Here's a step-by-step guide:

  1. Make sure you have a confirmed booking
  2. Purchase CEB Seat Selector at the time of booking
    • To ensure your original seat and extra seat are beside each other, please purchase the CEB Seat Selector Add-on.
  3. Chat with our live agents
    • If you already have a booking, chat with us to connect with a live agent who can help.
    • Once you're connected, let our agents know you want to add an extra seat to your booking.
      ❗Important: Booking an extra seat means you will need to pay for both a second seat at the current fare rate, and an additional CEB Selector Add-on.
    • Our agents will help you select adjacent seats using the CEB Seat Selector Add-on, and guide you through the payment for the additional fare.

  • Extra seat bookings are handled by live agents only.
  • Make sure to request the CEB Seat Selector Add-on for both seats to guarantee they are next to each other.
  • This option is subject to seat availability and fare conditions.
