Bookings are generally non-refundable, non-reroutable, and non-transferrable.

With the exception of regular/non-promo flights exiting South Korea.

- You may be exempted from paying some taxes, such as the Philippine Travel Tax and the Passenger Service Charge.

- Last minute bookings may be accommodated, but we encourage you to book well in advance.
- For international flights, airport counters close one hour before departure.
- For domestic flights, airport counters close 45 minutes before departure.
- You may book for someone else, but we recommend putting their contact details so they can get updates about their flight.
- If you're booking an international flight:
- You may proceed with booking without providing your passport details.
- However, please make sure your passport is ready in time for your travel dates.
- Your passport should be valid for at least six months from your date of entry, and has at least two blank pages.
- βοΈFor flights to China, you are required to enter your passport details.
