Create a Cebu Pacific account to manage your bookings and add-ons, get promo alerts, manage your Travel Fund, and more!

Here are the benefits when you sign up for a MyCebuPacific account:

Signing up is free and easy!

To sign up, all you need to provide is:

Your name
- If you don't have a first name, simply tick the "I have no first name" box and fill in the remaining fields.
Your email address
- 💡 Tip: This should be the same email address used in your previous bookings. It makes adding existing Travel Fund (if any) much easier!
- ⚠️ An email address linked to a deleted MyCebuPacific account cannot be used again to set up a new account.
You can also use your Google, Facebook or Apple accounts to quickly sign in.

General Guidelines:

👤 An account is required to manage or make changes to your booking.
Anyone aged 18 and above is eligible for a MyCebuPacific account.
Travel agencies, corporations, and government agencies are not eligible to sign up.
When a booking is added or linked to your account, other guests cannot modify the booking.
Your MyCebuPacific account is secured and protected via multi-factor authentication.
- Cebu Pacific uses the latest technology and meets regulatory standards in protecting customer data and transactions.

To apply for, or manage accounts for the following:

You can visit our Account Management Portal to sign up or create an account.

To register a new account, please prepare the following documents:

Travel Agents or Corporate / Government Accounts
- Certificate of Valid Business Registration or IATA Certificate
Cargo Agent or Shipper Accounts
- Certificate of Valid Business Registration or Valid Government ID (i.e. passport)

Deleting your account

General Guidelines:

If you ever need to delete your MyCebuPacific account, you can request through the Cebu Pacific app. Account deletion cannot be done on the website.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Once you delete your MyCebuPacific account, you will not be able to use the same email to create a new account.

💡 After submitting your request, you have a 7-day window to confirm your account's deletion.
- We'll send you an email before we process the deletion, and another after deletion is successful.
- To cancel the deletion request, simply log in to your account.

❌ You can't delete your account if:
- You have any active upcoming booking/s;
- You have any unused Travel Fund balance.

By deleting your MyCebuPacific account, you explicitly agree to delete and purge all data and information owned and relating to the Cebu Pacific membership profile from the systems of Cebu Pacific and its partners or subsidiaries.

We retain the Personal Information we collect only if we need it to support justifiable business requirements or when our lawful purposes for using the information are still relevant. When we no longer require Personal Information, we or our third-party suppliers will securely delete and/or archive the information.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Cebu Pacific app and go to 'My Account'.

Then, tap on 'Settings', and then on 'Delete account'.

2. Wait 7 days for your account to be deleted.

To cancel the deletion request, simply log in to your account.

Troubleshooting steps

Common account issues

Here are some common troubleshooting steps you can try:

General Troubleshooting
👤 Are you logged in?	You need to log into the MyCebuPacific account of your booking to make changes: MyCebuPacific account
🔍 Can't find your booking?	You may have to add the booking to your account. Follow these steps: Add/link an existing booking to your account
⚙ Can't find the Settings page?	You may be logged in to our website. The Settings tab is only available on the Cebu Pacific app.
🗂️ Do you have a group or travel agency booking?	Please contact your agent / coordinator directly to make changes. Learn more here: Booking with Cebu Pacific
✈️ Did you book on an unauthorized third-party platform?	You may have difficulty managing your booking as these platforms may issue booking reference numbers not recognized by our system. If you encounter any issues, please chat with us to connect with a Live Agent who can verify your booking. Learn more here: Online Travel Agency (OTA) Bookings
⌛️ Is it less than 2 hours before your flight?	You cannot make any changes to flights less than 2 hours away.

Issues With Signing Up / Verifying
Does it say your account is already registered/already exists?	You may have used your email address to book a flight before. You can try signing in with Google or Facebook using the same email. If that doesn't work, please chat with us via our app or website to connect with a Live Agent who can help.
Not receiving a verification email?	Verification email: Please check your Spam / Junk folder first. If it's still not there, try to log in using the email you used to sign up, and you'll see a prompt to verify your account. If that still doesn't work, consider trying a different log-in method, such as Apple ID, Google, or Facebook. If none of the log-in methods worked for you, please chat with us via our app or website to connect with a Live Agent who can help.

Issues With Logging In and Resetting Password
Are you seeing the following prompts/notifications? ❗️ Unable to login ❗️ We found some errors. Please review the form and make some corrections. 📧 At this time, your password can only be set by an administrator.	If you are seeing any of these notifications, it’s likely you've previously used Facebook or Google to sign up for a MyCebuPacific account. If you have forgotten the password to your Facebook or Google accounts, you’ll need to reset the password there, and not with Cebu Pacific. Once you've retrieved the password, please try logging in again with Facebook or Google.
Can't log in using Go Rewards?	Signing in or logging in to your MyCebuPacific account with Go Rewards is currently unavailable. You can still access your account by signing in with Google or Facebook. Just make sure the email you use in your Go Rewards account matches the email of your Google or Facebook account. If it doesn't match, please sign up for a MyCebuPacific account with the email used in your Go Rewards account.
Is your account locked/blocked?	You may have exceeded the maximum number of login attempts. Please wait for 15 minutes before logging in again. We will also send you an email notifying you of the account lock, along with instructions on how to unlock your account.
Is your account suspended?	Check the email address associated with your MyCebuPacific account for a notification about your account suspension. Follow the instructions in the email to reactivate your account.
Didn't receive the 'reset password' link in your email?	This may happen for one of the following reasons: Your email address isn't linked to an active MyCebuPacific account You may not have an account yet, so create one using your email address. You can always link your existing bookings to your account later. Your email address is linked to a permanently deleted MyCebuPacific account Since permanently deleted accounts can't be restored, you'll need to create a new account using a different email address. Your MyCebuPacific account is inactive Simply sign up again using your existing email address to reactivate your account.

Issues With Travel Fund

Not seeing the Travel Fund in your account?

It's possible that the Travel Fund is stored in your booking reference number. This happens when you choose to convert your booking to Travel Fund after experiencing a flight disruption.
For these cases, please do the following:
- Log into your MyCebuPacific account.
- Proceed to add the booking to your account.

💡 To successfully add the Travel Fund to your account, make sure the email or any name registered in the booking matches the account's details.
