Unauthorized agencies
Booking with unauthorized online travel agencies may pose several issues, such as:
- Limited customer support: In case of flight disruptions or refunds, it may be difficult to reach out to the agency's customer service.
- No direct communication: Booking with unauthorized agencies can limit your ability to communicate directly with us, which is crucial for managing your bookings, requests, or emergencies.
- Security risk: Such agencies may not have secure payment processes, increasing the risk of your personal information being compromised.
- Unreliable bookings: There is a higher chance of errors, such as not being able to receive your itinerary and our system not recognizing your booking reference number.

Managing your booking
Authorized agencies
If you arranged for a booking via an authorized online travel agency, here's what you can do with our Manage Booking feature:
- On the website, you can:
- View your itinerary
- Purchase the CEB Baggage add-on
- On the mobile app, you can:
- View your itinerary
- Purchase add-ons, such as CEB Baggage, CEB Meals and CEB Seat Selector

If you'd like to rebook to another date or update your guest details, you may either do the following:
- Reach out to the travel agency you booked with so that they may process your request, or
- Chat with us to connect with a live agent who can help you.

If you arranged for a booking via an unauthorized online travel agency:
- You may have difficulty managing your booking and adding or upgrading your baggage allowance.

This is because these agencies may issue booking reference numbers not recognized by our system.
- Problems with managing your bookings (rebooking, purchasing add-ons, updating guest details), or
- Problems with getting your itinerary, or
- The app or website doesn't recognize your booking reference number.

Adding baggage for your travel agency booking
💡 Important: To protect your privacy, please avoid sharing your booking details, such as your booking reference number and the email used to book your flight.
1. Open the Cebu Pacific app. Tap "Manage" at the bottom of your screen, then enter your booking reference number and last name or email address.
3. Choose which flight you want to buy baggage for.
- If you want to buy baggage for both flights, tap the 'Select for both flights' toggle.
- Each baggage piece has a base allowance of 20kg.
- You have the option to add 4kg, 8kg, or 12kg to each baggage piece.
Checking in online
Simply head to the check-in retrieval page, then proceed to enter your booking reference number and the surname of one of the guests in the booking.

Requesting for a refund
✈️ General Guidelines
- To request for a refund, you may either do the following:
- Reach out to the online travel agency in order for them to process a refund for your booking, or
- Fill out the Guest Feedback Form, or
- Chat with us to connect with a live agent who can help you.
- Refunds are usually processed by Cebu Pacific within 15 days and is subject to our fare rules.
- Depending on the payment method used for the booking, it may take up to 2 billing cycles for your refund to be credited.
✅ You may request for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Your flight was canceled by us
- You are a pregnant mother unfit to fly
- You, or another passenger in the booking has a serious illness, or has died
- or an immediate family member of yours or another passenger has recently died
- Other causes such as:
- Your booking has unused government taxes
- Your booking has an unused Unaccompanied Minor Fee
- You're an exempted guest who paid for the PH Travel Tax
- Your card got charged twice for the same booking

Declaring special assistance
To request or declare your need for special assistance, you may either do the following:
- Reach out to the online travel agency you booked with so that they may process this request for you, or
- Chat with us to connect with a live agent who can help you.
Cebu Pacific offers the following services for guests:
Experiencing flight disruptions
If your flight gets disrupted (e.g. delayed, changes to flight time), it's possible you won't receive notifications about it.
- This is because the email that was used to book the flight may not belong to you, so you may not be getting updates directly.
- For cases like this, we recommend contacting the online travel agency you booked with.
If you are not able to contact your travel agent:
- You may approach our staff at the airport or reach out to a Live Agent by chatting with us via our app or website.
