Rebooking or Canceling Your Flight

You are allowed to rebook flights for individual guests.

💡 To do this, you'll have to connect with our live agents who can help you with split booking. 

You can still rebook even after checking in. Make sure to do this up to 2 hours before your flight.

💡 Remember: Once you rebook, you'll need to check in again for your new flight!

1. Head to the Cebu Pacific website. Log into your account, hover your mouse over 'Manage' and click 'Manage Booking'.

A MyCebuPacific account is required to make booking changes. Make sure you're logged in to your booking's account.



2. Click 'Manage' to access your booking.

If you can't locate your booking, you may have to add it to your account.



3. Click 'Rebook flight' under Modify flight.



4. Choose which flight/s you want to rebook.

If you want to change the dates for both flights, make sure to click the check box for both.



5. Select your preferred flight/s and confirm your new schedule.



6. Review your add-ons or select new ones to buy.

Make sure to double-check your selections.

Your previous add-ons should be applied to the new flight, but some may be unavailable, or already taken (e.g. meals or seats).



7. Check your Booking Summary and proceed to payment.

Double-check your new flight details and selections. Here, you can also view applicable fare differences or change fees.

💡Remember: The full amount of your booking won't be credited as a Travel Fund because the CEB Flexi fee covers voluntary flight cancelations without additional charge.

If you voluntarily cancel your flight, the CEB Flexi add-on in your booking will be used and won't be credited as a Travel Fund.

2. Click 'Manage' to access your booking.

3. Click on 'Cancel Flight/s' under Modify flight.



4. Choose which flight/s you want to cancel.

If you want to cancel both flights, make sure to tap the check box for both.



5. Confirm that you want to cancel your selected flight/s.

Your booking will then be converted to a non-expiring Travel Fund that you can use to pay for future travel plans. Learn more here: Travel Fund
