• Flight Swap Offer: You change your flight to another one offered by Cebu Pacific (same route, different time/date) and receive the shown amount in your Travel Fund.

• Flight Buyback Offer: You cancel your flight and receive the shown amount in your Travel Fund. You will not be rebooked on another flight, and your original itinerary will be canceled.

No. Once you select the "Flight Swap" or “Flight Buyback” option and receive a confirmation email from Cebu Pacific verifying that the request is approved, the change applies to all passengers in the booking.

No. Participating in the “Flight Swap” or “Flight Buyback” program is completely free and voluntary.

If you choose to accept an offer, you will receive the shown amount in your Travel Fund—without any deductions, processing fees, or hidden charges.

Offers are subject to availability. Once all available seats for the applicable offer have been taken, the offer will automatically expire. Offer availability is subject to change and may be modified at any time without prior notice.

Please keep in mind that once you select an option and receive a confirmation email, the action cannot be reversed, and the transaction is non-refundable. Make sure to review all the details before confirming.

If you have already checked in and received an offer, you may still accept it as long as the offer is still valid and seats are available at that time.

You will receive the incentive amount stated in the offer, which will be issued to your Travel Fund on the Cebu Pacific app or website.

The Travel Fund can be used to book future flights and purchase add-ons with Cebu Pacific. 

If you use only a part of your Travel Fund, the remaining balance stays in your Cebu Pacific account and can be used to book future flights and purchase add-ons.

Your Travel Fund does not expire, giving you the flexibility to use it at your convenience.

The offered Travel Fund amount is dynamically calculated based on different factors such as the commercial strategy of Cebu Pacific. The goal is to create a fair and balanced offer that provides value to the passenger.

No. Incentive is only provided in the form of Travel Fund.

The Travel Fund can be used as a form of payment for booking a new flight and purchasing add-ons with Cebu Pacific in the future. The value and usage conditions are outlined in each offer.

If you accept Cebu Pacific's “Flight Buyback” or “Flight Swap” offer, the full Travel Fund amount stated will be issued to the primary contact person listed in the original booking. The Travel Fund will be credited to the MyCebuPacific account associated with the email address provided at the time of booking.

If your booking includes multiple passengers, the full amount will not be split individually—it will be issued as a single Travel Fund amount to the account of the person who made the booking. Cebu Pacific will send a confirmation email once the Travel Fund is available.

The Travel Fund will appear in your MyCebuPacific account within 24 hours from acceptance of the offer.

If your offer includes an alternative flight (the “Flight Swap” option), you will be able to select one of the available flight options at the time of acceptance.

These are real-time options and subject to availability. Once confirmed, your flight will be guaranteed on the new itinerary.

If the previously selected seat is unavailable on the new flight, a new one will be auto assigned during check-in, or you may request for a refund.

• Baggage & Other Add-ons: These are not retained. The value of your booking is refunded in the form of Travel Fund.

It depends on the type of offer you receive:

• If you are offered a Flight Swap, you may choose to accept the offer for only one segment (e.g., your departing or return flight) and keep the other segment unchanged, subject to availability. Each segment is treated independently, and your decision will only apply to the segment you select.

• If you are offered a Flight Buyback, the offer applies to the entire itinerary, and you must accept or decline it for the full round-trip. Partial acceptance (only one segment) is not allowed in this case.

Each offer will clearly indicate whether it applies to one or both segments of your itinerary. Please review the offer carefully before accepting.

Go Rewards points are earned once the registered member has flown the flight.

If you decide to rebook your flight (Flight Swap), you can still earn Go Rewards points as long as you enter your membership number before your departure date. However, if you decide to cancel (Flight Buyback) your flight, you will not earn Go Rewards points.
