CEB Flexi and Travel Fund

Change of plans? No problem. With CEB Flexi, you can cancel your trip for free.

It allows you to cancel your booking and convert its value to a non-expiring Travel Fund.

• Cancelation is available up to two (2) hours before departure
• You can then use this Travel Fund to pay for your future travel plans!

Once you convert to Travel Fund, it will appear in your MyCebuPacific account within 24 hours.

• CEB Flexi only allows for free cancelation of your flight.
• The full amount of your booking won't be converted to Travel Fund.
• ✅ Conversion to Travel Fund includes:
  • Fares and taxes;
  • All unused add-ons;
  • Admin and handling fees.
• ❌ Conversion to Travel Fund does not include:
  
  • PH Travel Tax, as this is refunded separately;
  • Cost of CEB TravelSure Insurance, as this is refunded separately;
  • Cost of CEB Flexi;
  • Flight fees, such as the hold fee and cancel fee (if applicable).
• You cannot add CEB Flexi after you've finished booking your flight;
• The price of CEB Flexi is based on your flight date, and on regulatory guidelines.
• If you purchased CEB Flexi without a MyCebuPacific account, and you intend to cancel your flight later on:

• 🇰🇷 One-way and round-trip flights originating from Incheon and booked with KRW currency are eligible for voluntary refund processing even without GO Flexi or CEB Flexi.
  • ⚠️ Important: Beginning May 12, 2026, canceled flights departing from Incheon will be eligible for refund only, as the Travel Fund option will no longer be available.
