🔁 Voluntary Rebooking
You can rebook a flight up to 2 hours before your scheduled departure! Simply head to Manage Booking to make the change.
- 🧾 Fare differences and change fees apply.
- 👤 A MyCebuPacific Account is required to make booking changes.

💡 You cannot change the destinations or the sequence of your flight.
🙅♂️ Voluntary Cancellation
Flight cancellation is not allowed unless you have the GO Flexi Fare Bundle or the CEB Flexi Add-on.
Otherwise, cancellation and Convert to Travel Fund is only available under these conditions:
- ❌ If your flight was cancelled by us;
- ⌛️ If your flight had a schedule change of at least 1 hour;
- 🛂 You were denied entry by immigration;
- 🤰 You are a pregnant mother who is unfit to fly;
- 🕊️ A guest in the booking has a serious illness, or has died;
- or a guest's immediate family member has died.
