Authorized agencies

If you arranged for a booking via an authorized online travel agency, here's what you can do with our Manage Booking feature:

On the website, you can:
- View your itinerary
- Purchase the CEB Baggage add-on
On the mobile app, you can:
- View your itinerary
- Purchase add-ons, such as CEB Baggage, CEB Meals and CEB Seat Selector

If you'd like to rebook to another date or update your guest details, you may either do the following:

Reach out to the travel agency you booked with so that they may process your request, or
Chat with us to connect with a live agent who can help you.

Unauthorized agencies

If you arranged for a booking via an unauthorized online travel agency:

You may have difficulty managing your booking and adding or upgrading your baggage allowance.

This is because these agencies may issue booking reference numbers not recognized by our system.

General Guidelines

If you have encountered any of the following:

Problems with managing your bookings (rebooking, purchasing add-ons, updating guest details), or
Problems with getting your itinerary, or
The app or website doesn't recognize your booking reference number.

Please chat with us to connect with a Live Agent who can verify your booking.
