If you arranged for a booking via third-party sites (e.g. Agoda, Booking.com, Skyscanner) or via a travel agency, you should be able to manage your booking on our app or website.
However, if you have encountered:
- Problems with managing your booking (rebooking, purchasing add-ons, updating guest details), or
- Problems with getting your itinerary, or
- Issues with trying to claim a refund, or
- The app or website doesn't recognize your booking reference number
We recommend contacting the travel agency or third-party site where your booking was originally created.

✈️ Flight disruptions
- If your flight gets disrupted (e.g. delayed, changes to flight time), it's possible that you won't receive notifications about it.
- This is because the email that was used to book the flight may not belong to you, so you may not be getting updates directly.
