While we continuously work to ensure your flight departs and arrives on time, on-the-spot delays or cancellations may occur due to environmental, operational or technical reasons.

After being notified of the disruption, you will be given a link to our Self-Service Disruption Portal (SSDP).
You may also access this by going to Manage Booking on the Cebu Pacific App.

We offer the following flexible options for disrupted guests:

π Rebook your flight
- Rebook your flight for free up to 30 days before or 30 days after your original schedule.

If you need to rebook beyond the 30-day period, chat with Charlie via our app or website to connect with a Live Agent who can help.

Request a refund of your fare according to your form of payment.
- Travel Tax and unused TravelSure will have to be refunded separately.
