⚠️ Important Notice: Cebu Pacific will never ask for your OTP, PIN, passwords, or full debit/credit card information. Please only engage with us through our official website or app, verified social media accounts, and authorized customer service channels.
🔃 Refund eligibility
You may request for a refund if:
- Your flight was canceled by us
- You are a pregnant mother unfit to fly
- You are seriously ill and medically unfit for travel
- You are a booked passenger who needs to care for a sick immediate family member
- You are a booked passenger with an immediate family member who has recently passed away
- You are an immediate family member of a booked passenger who has recently passed away
- Other causes such as:
- You were denied entry by immigration
- Your booking has unused government taxes
- Your booking has an unused Unaccompanied Minor Fee

You're an exempted guest who paid for the PH Travel Tax
- Your card got charged twice for the same booking
- A double booking for the same passenger was made due to a system glitch
- If you have been denied entry by immigration:
- Please approach us at the airport counters for assistance, or
- Chat with us via our app or website to connect with a Live Agent who can help.
- Take note! Bookings are generally non-refundable for personal reasons / reasons that don't fall under our listed criteria.
- If you have the CEB Flexi add-on, you can cancel your booking and convert it to Travel Fund.

- For refund requests due to medical, death or bereavements cases, Cebu Pacific recognizes the following as immediate family members:
- Parent / Grandparent
- Children / Grandchildren
- Spouse
- Sibling
For unused flight/s, a refund is provided for the following government taxes:
- Terminal Fee
- Taxes from the following countries: South Korea, China, Malaysia, or Singapore
- Philippine Travel Tax (PH Tax)
- There is a processing fee when you request to refund the travel tax.

⌛ Refund processing
Refunds are processed within 15 days in the original form of payment and is subject to our fare rules.
Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 2 billing cycles for your refund to be credited.

If it's been more than 15 days since your refund request, please fill out the Guest Feedback Form.
