Cebu Pacific aims to keep passengers informed, especially when there are flight changes, so you can make alternative plans.
If schedule changes or disruptions happen, notifications may be provided through email, text message, Cebu Pacific's social networking sites, Cebu Pacific website, airport screens, and/or airport or onboard announcements.

To ensure passenger's welfare is taken care of whenever there are flight changes, Cebu Pacific will provide options based on the Philippine Air Passenger Bill of Rights.

✅ If additional aircraft servicing activities delay your flight by 4 hours or more before boarding, you will get a:

✅ If you choose not to board the flight, you may consider it as cancelled and select one of the following flexible options:

🥤 If the plane is delayed for two (2) hours or longer before takeoff or after landing, Cebu Pacific will provide food and drinks based on availability, unless there are safety and security issues. Priority will be given to:

- ♿ passengers with special needs;
- 🧒 small children;
- 🧓 senior citizens; and
- 🤰 pregnant mothers.
📞 Cebu Pacific will also endeavor to provide access to communication, operational lavatories, air conditioning, and emergency medical services.
