Policies & Guides
CEB TravelSure Policies
- In compliance with insurance regulations in the Philippines, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam, Chubb will handle your CEB TravelSure concerns.
- To file a claim online, go to Chubb Claim Centre.
- You can make changes to your policy via Chubb’s Self-Service Portal.
- You have not yet departed and have not made any claim under the policy; or
- Your flight has been disrupted.
- 👤 Logging into the Self Service Portal or;
- ☎️ Contact the Chubb Customer Service Team at +632 8859 2774
- Chubb will arrange for your policy to be canceled and will pass your refund request to Cebu Pacific for processing.
- Refunding the insurance premium today means you will lose the coverage for your trip.

❌ Personal baggage or extended personal baggage delay on the leg of the scheduled flight that returns you home;
❌ Costs if you fail to notify the transport provider or carrier about delayed or missing luggage or you do not obtain a luggage incident report from them or show you have taken reasonable steps to obtain one
❌ Unattended valuables and/or money that are left unattended in a motor vehicle
❌ Valuables or money within your personal baggage checked-in or stowed in the luggage hold of an airplane, ship, bus or train
