How to Earn and Redeem Go Rewards Points

Go Rewards is a Lifestyle Rewards Program that lets you earn points which you can use to purchase add-ons or book flights!

✈️ At the time of booking, enter your Go Rewards number when filling out the Guest Details page:

• 💡 To successfully earn points, make sure the name and email in your booking match the details in your Go Rewards account.
  • Points are credited seven (7) days after you board your flight.
  • To update the name in your Go Rewards membership account, please reach out to the Go Rewards Customer Care Team.

• If you forgot to add your Go Rewards number at the time of booking, you can easily add it later on via Manage Booking.

• Go Rewards points have no monetary value and are not convertible to cash.
  • You may use your Go Rewards points to pay for your transactions with participating partners and merchants.

• If your Go Rewards flight gets canceled or disrupted, it will be converted to a non-expiring Travel Fund.
