  • The invoice is sent to the email registered in the booking along with the Itinerary Receipt.
    • Separate invoices for each passenger aren’t available, as our system only issues one invoice per booking.
  • If you haven't received your invoice, or if your booking includes a combination of Cebu Pacific (5J), Cebgo (DG), and AirSWIFT (T6) flights:
    • Please chat with us via our app or website to connect with a Live Agent who can help issue an invoice.
