Description

You can pay for flights or add-ons with the following payment methods:

✈️ Go Rewards

You can redeem your Go Rewards points in the Cebu Pacific app or website.

🪙 Travel Fund

The Travel Fund is a virtual wallet and can be used to pay for flights and add-ons.

💳 Credit / Debit Card

Cebu Pacific accepts the following card types:

Visa
MasterCard
American Express (AMEX)
JCB

👛 e-Wallet

Cebu Pacific accepts the following e-Wallets:

GCash
GrabPay
Maya
PayPal

Make sure you have an existing and verified account to use the e-Wallet option.
GrabPay, GCash, and Maya only accept payments in Philippine Peso (PHP).
- Your booking total will be converted to PHP, and you'll be charged with the converted amount.

✈️ Paying at the airport

At NAIA Terminal 3, you can settle your pending balance at our payment kiosks.
At Cebu Pacific airport counters, you have the option to pay with Google Pay or Apple Pay to pay for fees, charges, or add-ons.

💡 Other payment options

Our payment center option is currently unavailable. We currently do not support other payment methods other than those listed above.
You can now use GoTyme to pay for your amount due.
- Simply head to Pay Bills > Transport > Cebu Pacific
- Enter the amount, the 12-digit reference number provided by our live agent, and the Customer Name.

Common payment issues

Here are some common troubleshooting steps you can try:

General Troubleshooting
👤 Are you logged in?	You need to log into the MyCebuPacific account of your booking to make changes: MyCebuPacific account
🔍 Can't find your booking?	You may have to add the booking to your account. Follow these steps: Add/link an existing booking to your account
🗂️ Do you have a group or travel agency booking?	Please contact your agent / coordinator directly to make changes. Learn more here: Booking with Cebu Pacific

Issues When Trying to Pay for a Flight or Add-on
Did you encounter a payment error?	We recommend doing these basic troubleshooting steps: Clear your browser's cache or cookies Use a different browser Use a different device 💡 Tip: For a smooth transaction, try to complete payment ASAP so your session doesn't time out. Check if you have exceeded your credit limit; Check if your card has sufficient balance; Check if the card details you entered are correct; Check your credit card's security settings. If that doesn't work, try another payment method instead. If the issue still persists, please chat with us via our app or website to connect with a Live Agent who can help.
Was payment successful, but your booking / add-ons were not confirmed?	Your transactions should reflect in your booking/account within 24 hours. Please wait for an updated itinerary to be sent to your booking's registered email. If it's been more than 24 hours since you paid, or for urgent bookings, please chat with us via our app or website to connect with a Live Agent who can help.
Did you accidentally make a double booking with Cebu Pacific?	For assistance with double bookings or double charges with Cebu Pacific, please chat with us via our app or website to connect with a Live Agent who can help.
Is the payment method you used for your booking no longer active?	If you have requested for a refund, and the payment method you used for your booking is now inactive: Please chat with us to connect with a Live Agent who can help. The refund may be returned to you in the form of a Travel Fund or through another payment method.
