Requesting for Travel Certificates

 Certificate of Travel (COT) - Proof that a passenger successfully boarded their flight. 

✅You are eligible if: 

• Your flight has already departed and arrived, and 

• You were checked in and boarded the flight. 

❌ You are not eligible if: 

• Your flight has not occurred yet, or 

• You did not check in or boarded the flight. 

Certificate of Non-Travel (CONT) -Proof that a passenger did not board their flight. 

✅You are eligible if: 

• Your flight has already departed, and 

• You did not check in or were marked as “no-show.”  

❌ You are not eligible if: 

• You boarded the flight, or 

• Your flight has not occurred yet. 

How to request: 

You can request a COT or CONT directly via our chat service. Just provide your booking reference number and last name. 

These certificates are free of charge.
