Only domestic flights are eligible, as long as the booking is made during the promo period (August 3, 2026 - October 31, 2026), and seats are available. 

• Go to the Cebu Pacific website or mobile app.  

• Click Log in/Sign Up and create your MyCebuPacific account.  

• Complete your profile details.

You may sign up for Go Rewards through the Cebu Pacific website or app, or through Go Rewards official channels. 

Make sure your name matches your valid government ID or passport when signing up.

For boarding purposes, the passenger name in your booking must match your valid ID or passport.  

If your Go Rewards name is different, you may:  

• Proceed with the correct passenger name for your flight, and  

• Request to update your Go Rewards account information through Go Rewards Member Care, subject to their validation process. 

To successfully earn Go Rewards points, make sure your passenger name matches the name in your Go Rewards account. Otherwise, points will not be credited. 

If you are creating new MyCebuPacific and Go Rewards accounts, make sure:  

• The same full name is used on both accounts.  

• The name matches your valid ID or passport.

Yes. When you pay with your UnionBank Go Rewards or Cebu Pacific credit card, you can earn additional Go Rewards points based on your card’s earn rate.  

• These additional points are on top of the flight-earned Go Rewards points.  

• Card-earned points are credited separately by UnionBank, subject to Terms and Conditions.  

However, please note that the additional points earned from using your UnionBank Go Rewards or Cebu Pacific credit card are not eligible for the Double Go Rewards Points Promo. 

Yes, but with limitations.

If you forget to enter your Go Rewards membership number during initial booking, you may still add it anytime through Manage Booking before departure.

However, please note that the following will apply:  

• You will earn Go Rewards points at the base earning rate only.  

• You will NOT qualify for the Double Go Rewards Points promo.  

The Double Points Promo applies only if the Go Rewards number was entered during initial booking. 

The promo does not apply to:  

• Flights booked via travel agents or third-party platforms  

• Bookings paid fully or partially with Go Rewards points  

• Post-booking add-ons purchased after ticket issuance  

• Canceled, refunded, forfeited, or no-show flights  

• Bookings paid with vouchers or gift certificates
