✈️ Cebu Pacific operates flights to and from Manila (Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Terminal 3) and Kaohsiung (Kaohsiung International Airport, Terminal 1) three times weekly.
Kaohsiung International Airport (KHH) is the primary air gateway to southern Taiwan (China). It features two modern terminals for international and domestic flights, equipped with amenities like duty-free shops, lounges, and free Wi-Fi. Additionally, it is well-connected by public transport and offers convenient options like MRT, taxis, and buses to downtown Kaohsiung.
Guide & Travel Requirements
General Guidelines
Passport and Visa:
- Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months from your date of entry and has at least one blank page.
- Taiwan (China) extends its visa-free entry program to Philippine passport holders until July 31, 2027. As such, Filipinos can enter Taiwan (China) without a visa for stays no longer than 14 days.

Taiwan (China) Arrival Card (TWAC):
- The Taiwan (China) Arrival Card is a mandatory form that international travelers must complete before entering Taiwan (China). This is free of charge and can be submitted within three (3) days before entering Taiwan (China).
- Starting October 1, the form must be completed online as paper submissions will no longer be accepted.

Immigration:
- Present your passport and visa (if applicable) at the immigration counters.
- Travelers are encouraged to carry a digital or printed copy of the TWAC confirmation, for reference upon arrival.
- Follow the "Arrivals" signs to proceed to the immigration counters.
Claiming Baggage:
- After immigration, proceed to claim your baggage at the baggage claim area.
- Check the respective baggage carousel on the display screen for your flight.

Customs:
- Passengers are strictly restricted from carrying the following products into Kaohsiung. Kindly make sure to remove all these items from your baggage:
- Fresh fruits
- Live plants and their products (excluding those meeting the requirements stated in the Plant Protection and Quarantine Act)
- Live animals and their products, except for the following:
- Dried/processed aquatic products
- Dogs, cats, rabbits, and animal products meeting the requirements stated in the Statue for Prevention and Control of Infectious Animal Disease

Philippine e-Travel Form:
- Anyone entering the Philippines, including guests on layover flights, must register for the eTravel and Customs Declaration within 72 hours before their flight.
- eTravel declaration is free of charge and is mandatory for travel to the Philippines.
Check-In:
- Be at the airport at least three (3) hours before your flight schedule.
- Our airport counters close one (1) hour before departure.
- Check the display screens to find information about the counters for your flight.
- Prepare your valid passport, booking confirmation or Itinerary Receipt, and visa (if applicable) for checking at the counters.
- ⚠️The Philippines extends its 14-day visa-free entry program for Chinese Taipei passport holders until June 30, 2027.
- Chinese Taipei passport holders availing of the visa-free entry will need to present the following:
- Passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the period of stay
- Proof of accommodation in the Philippines
- Proof of financial capacity, and
- Return or onward ticket to the next country of destination
- Make your airport experience smoother and quicker by using Cebu Pacific’s self-service kiosks for check-in and bag tag printing. Simply prepare your booking reference number or barcode to retrieve your booking.

Customs & Boarding:
- Passengers carrying any endangered species of wild fauna, flora and related produces shall submit Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) certificates for customs declaration.
- Passengers exporting live wildlife, or protected wildlife and products thereof referred to in Wildlife Conservation Act, approval documents issued by the Council of Agriculture Executive Yuan shall also be submitted.

Communications:
- In the event of flight disruptions, passengers will be notified through various communication channels, including ground announcements and printed or digital signages.
- We also encourage passengers to monitor their email for important updates from Cebu Pacific.
Exiting the Airport:
- If your flight is disrupted after immigration and customs clearance, you may be allowed to exit Kaohsiung International Airport.
- Please be advised that any Duty-Free items must be refunded prior to exiting the airport.
