Baggage Information
All purchased AirSWIFT baggage allowance will be honored during check-in and bag drop at the airport.
Flight Information
Your flight schedules will remain the same. Should there be any changes, a separate notification will be sent.
While having your Cebu Pacific-issued Itinerary Receipt is ideal, you can still check in at the airport by providing your full name and a valid ID.
If you encounter any difficulties at the airport, the Cebu Pacific team is available to assist you at the check-in counter. They can provide guidance on how to access your Itinerary Receipt or offer alternative solutions to ensure you can board your flight without any interruptions.
Remember to arrive at the airport with plenty of time to spare, allowing for any unforeseen circumstances and ensuring a stress-free start to your travels.

Please be aware of the following AirSWIFT Airlines schedules for your reference.

🕒 Arrive early during peak season! Be at the airport at least three (3) hours before your flight schedule.
- Check-in counters will close 45 minutes prior to departure.
- Boarding gates will close 20 minutes before departure.
After the migration, all AirSWIFT flights to/from Manila will still be departing and arriving at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2.
Not immediately, but we are actively working to provide this service as soon as possible!
Yes, upon arrival at your layover / second airport, you can head straight to your boarding gate. Your checked baggage will automatically be transferred to your connecting flight.

SwiftPass & Paid Vouchers
Your remaining SwiftPass vouchers will still be honored. You may redeem them by sending an email to cebcares@cebupacificair.com.
- Please remember 💡: Your SwiftPass vouchers' expiry date still applies. Please redeem your vouchers before they expire.
No, you can only use your SwiftPass vouchers to avail AirSWIFT flight routes under your purchased vouchers' category.
Yes, your SwiftPass vouchers are still transferable.
