General Guidelines
π©βπ» The Admin Fee is charged to guests for using Cebu Pacific's digital channels (such as the website and mobile app) and non-digital channels (such as Customer Care, Group Sales) to book a flight.
If your flight has been disrupted, the Admin Fee may be refunded or stored in a Travel Fund.
π« The Firearms Handling Fee is a service fee charged to guests who intend to bring firearms via check-in.
π‘ Reminders:
- Guests are only allowed to bring firearms in domestic routes. This fee will be charged per sector and per guest.
- The cost of this fee depends on the date of your booking and is based on regulatory guidelines.
- You may approach the airport counter to check the applicable fee for your flight.

This fee cannot be re-routed, refunded and cannot be stored in a Travel Fund.

Personnel from the following Philippine government agencies are exempt from the Firearms Fee:

Complete documents are needed for the exemption. Additional firearms brought shall be subject to applicable charges. |
π£ The Infant Fee is charged to guests traveling with an infant because infants require special assistance.
- A guest is considered an infant if they are at least eight (8) days old to below two (2) years old at the time of travel.
- The cost of this fee will be indicated in your booking summary.
With this, you have the following options:
- Infant without seat - the infant will sit on the lap of the adult.
- Infant with seat - this infant (who must be at least 1 year old) can take the adjacent seat, charged at the lowest available fare.
- Please note that the arrangements cannot be changed once the booking has been paid.

- Infants are NOT allowed to sit on the exit rows.

If you decide to rebook a flight that involves an infant:

The Infant Fee will be carried over to the new flight (as long as it remains unused).

- If your flight gets disrupted, the value of all unused fees, including the Infant Fee, will be refunded or stored in a Travel Fund.
The Passenger Service Charge, also known as the terminal fee, is a government tax charged to passengers traveling domestically or internationally from certain airports.
π‘ Take note!
Starting April 1, 2026, terminal fees will be reduced in airports operated by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP):
- International flights: from PHP 900 to PHP 700 per passenger.
- Domestic flights: from PHP 350 to PHP 150-200 per passenger.
- Principal Class 1 airports: from PHP 300 to PHP 150-200
- Principal Class 2 airports: from PHP 200 to PHP 100
- Community Airports: from PHP 100 to PHP 50
- Whether you booked before or after the terminal fee reduction:
- The updated fee has automatically been included in your total booking amount.
This change is part of efforts to help mitigate the impact of increasing fuel prices.
Please be reminded that the following airports are NOT affected by this change:
- Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Manila)
- Cebu-Mactan International Airport (Cebu)
- Clark International Airport (Clark)
- Laguindingan International Airport (Cagayan de Oro)
- Bohol-Panglao International Airport (Bohol)
- Lio Airport (El Nido)
- Godofredo P. Ramos Airport (Boracay Caticlan)
- Sanga-Sanga Airport (Tawi-Tawi)

Passenger Service Charge exemptions
The following guests are exempted from paying the Passenger Service Charge.

π‘ For unused flights, a refund may be issued for the Passenger Service Charge. This cannot be converted to Travel Fund.
