General Guidelines
Passport and visa

Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months from your date of entry and has at least one blank page.

Philippine passport holders can enter Thailand without a visa for stays no longer than 60 days.

Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)

The TDAC is an online form that replaces the traditional paper-based arrival card for international travelers entering Thailand. This is free of charge and can be submitted within 3 days before entering Thailand.

Please ensure that you do not carry them when traveling to avoid fines imposed by governing authorities.
Immigration:

Follow the signs to the immigration counters and be prepared for possible random security checks.

Present your passport and visa (if applicable) at the immigration counters.

Travelers are encouraged to carry a digital or printed copy of the TDAC confirmation for reference upon arrival.
Claiming Baggage:

After immigration, proceed to claim your baggage at the baggage claim area.

Use the green lane if you have nothing to declare, or the red lane if you have items to declare.

Philippine e-Travel Form:

Anyone entering the Philippines, including guests on layover flights, must register for the eTravel and Customs Declaration within 72 hours before their flight.

eTravel declaration is free of charge and is mandatory for travel to the Philippines.

Arrive at the airport at least three (3) hours before your flight.

Our airport counters close one (1) hour before departure.

Check the display screens to find information about the counters for your flight.

Prepare your valid passport, booking confirmation or Itinerary Receipt, and visa (if applicable) for checking at the counters.

Make your airport experience smoother and quicker by using Cebu Pacific’s self-service kiosks for check-in and bag tag printing. Simply prepare your booking reference number or barcode to retrieve your booking.

If you checked in online, a digital boarding pass is accepted when departing from Bangkok (Don Mueang).

❗️ Starting October 16, 2026, checked baggage at airports in Thailand may undergo security inspection

Authorized security personnel may open your baggage without you present if there is reasonable suspicion that your baggage contains restricted items.
- Restricted items will then be removed and will not be returned to the baggage owner.

Exiting the airport:

If your flight is disrupted after immigration and customs clearance, you may be allowed to exit Don Mueang International Airport.

In such cases, you will need to surrender your passport to immigration officers. Additionally, any duty-free purchases must be refunded before leaving the airport.
