Departing from Philippines to Australia

• Check-in and bag drop counters close 1 hour before your flight
  • Given the volume of travelers, please be at the airport at least four (4) hours before your departure.
  • If you have checked baggage, please drop it off at the designated counters for Australia flights.
  • Important Note: If you're connecting to or from other airlines, you'll need to go through the applicable immigration and arrival procedures before checking in with Cebu Pacific for your onward destination. 
  • Reminder: Check-in bags must NOT exceed 39 inches on all sides; extra charges will apply. If you need to verify the weight and dimensions of your baggage or re-arrange your bag's content, please proceed to the Repack Area. To learn more, click here. 
• Complete Your Incoming Passenger Card (IPC)
  • Passengers entering Australia must complete an Incoming Passenger Card (IPC), provided onboard or at the terminal, using a black or blue pen.
  • This card includes personal and flight details and serves as a declaration for health and character requirements for non-Australian citizens.

Arriving and departing from Australia

•  You cannot bring liquids exceeding 100ml or 100g inside the aircraft
  • Australia prohibits carrying liquid in containers larger than 100ml. Please ensure your liquids are within the allowed limits.
  • You can purchase bottled water and other beverages from our inflight menu.

Arriving at Brunei Darussalam

• Complete the following requirements before your flight and make sure to save digital copies in case of inspection.

  • Health Arrival Declaration Form via BruHealth Portal

Departing from Guangzhou

• ❗️🧳 Baggage Policy for flights departing from Guangzhou (CAN)
  • Effective immediately, passengers who purchase prepaid baggage online:
    • You may avail a maximum of three (3) check-in bags, with each piece having a base weight of 20kg.
    • Please note that once you reach this limit, you will no longer be able to add extra pieces at the airport.
  • For passengers who did not purchase prepaid baggage online:
    • Baggage can still be purchased at the airport, with a maximum allowance of three (3) check-in bags, subject to standard fees and weight limits.
  • This measure helps prevent delays and offloading, so all baggage can be transported safely and on time.

• Important Passport Guidelines:
• • You may be denied entry to Indonesia if your passport is damaged, including normal wear and tear affecting its readability or scanning.
  • Ensure your passport is undamaged and valid for at least six months from your planned visit.
     

• Meat and fresh produce are not allowed on your flight
  • The Japanese government has banned the entry of meat (all kinds), fruits, vegetables, and plants to Japan.
  • Kindly make sure to remove all related items from your baggage. 

Departing from Japan

• Self-service kiosks are now available

Arriving at Singapore

• You are required to complete the SG Arrival Card within 72 hours before arrival.

Travel Restrictions in Singapore

• Vapes and e-cigarettes are not allowed in Singapore
  • The possession and use of vapes and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in Singapore. These items cannot be brought into the country, whether for personal use or otherwise.
  • To avoid inconvenience or penalties, please ensure you do not carry these devices when traveling to Singapore. 

Animal Transportation to/from Singapore

• All animals being imported, transshipped, or exported to/from Singapore must have a valid Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) license.

Departing from Singapore

• Self-service kiosks are now available 
  • Make your airport experience smoother and quicker by using our self-service kiosks for check-in, bag tag printing, and self-bag drop.
  • Simply prepare your itinerary's barcode or reference number to retrieve your booking.

• Frozen meat products are not allowed on your flight
  • Please be advised that South Korea has banned the entry of all frozen meat products and by-products, whether raw, processed or cooked.
  • Products will be confiscated if found in your hand carry or checked baggage. 

Arriving at Thailand

• Fill out the Thailand Digital Arrival Card before your flight
  • All foreign guests are required to complete and submit the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) within 72 hours before arrival.

Departing from Thailand

• Self-service kiosks are now available 
  • Make your airport experience smoother and quicker by using Cebu Pacific’s self-service kiosks for check-in and bag tag printing. Simply prepare your booking reference number or barcode to retrieve your booking.
  • If you checked in online, a digital boarding pass is accepted when departing from Thailand.

Departing from Philippines to Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

• Passport and visa 
  
  • Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months from your date of entry and has at least one blank page.
    • Passports that have had their validity extended will not be accepted. Only the expiry date printed on the main bio-data page is accepted.
  • Beginning June 25, 2026, eligible Philippine passport holders can obtain a visa on arrival when traveling to Dubai, provided they have a valid resident visa, resident permits, or green cards from the United States, European Union member states, Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Canada, or New Zealand. A valid tourist visa from the listed countries is not included. Philippine passport holders who do not meet these criteria must obtain a visa before traveling. 
    
    • Visa-on-arrival options:

      • 14-day stay – AED 100 (Extendable once for another 14 days at AED 250)
      • 60-day stay – AED 250 (Non-extendable)

Arriving and departing from Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

• Pagers and walkie talkies are not allowed on your flight
  • Please be advised that pagers and walkie talkies are prohibited on all flights departing from or transiting through Dubai.
  • Items will be confiscated if found in your hand carry or checked baggage.

Arriving at Vietnam

• As of March 2026, Vietnam currently does not require foreigners to fill out an arrival card.

• Vapes, e-cigarettes, and heated tobacco products are strictly prohibited in Vietnam.

  • Passengers found in possession or using these products may face fines ranging from đ3,000,000 to đ5,000,000 Vietnamese Dong.
  • Please ensure that you do not carry them when traveling to avoid fines imposed by governing authorities.

   

Arriving at Da Nang, Vietnam

• You may bring your wheelchair / mobility aid on the flight, free of charge.
  • Make sure to declare your wheelchair request no later than four (4) hours before your flight.
  • You may use this when boarding. Our ground staff will collect it for you before entering the aircraft.
    • Your wheelchair will be stored in the aircraft for proper safekeeping.
    • The wheels of your wheelchair will not be deflated.
    • We will make sure your wheelchair is ready as you deplane from the aircraft.
