Guide & Travel Requirements
General Guidelines
Passport and visa
- Make sure your passport is valid for at least six (6) months from your date of entry and has at least one (1) blank page.
- Philippine passport holders do not need a visa to enter Singapore for stays up to 30 days for tourism or business.

SG Arrival Card (SGAC)
- The SG Arrival Card (SGAC) is a mandatory online submission for all travelers entering Singapore. It includes your travel details and a health declaration and must be submitted within three (3) days before arrival.
- The process is free of charge and applies to all nationalities.
Animal Transportation to/from Singapore
- All animals being imported, transshipped, or exported to/from Singapore must have a valid Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) license.
Vapes and e-cigarettes are not allowed in Singapore
- The possession and use of vapes and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in Singapore. These items cannot be brought into the country, whether for personal use or otherwise.
- To avoid inconvenience or penalties, please ensure you do not carry these devices when traveling to Singapore.
Immigration:
- Follow the signs to the immigration area. Present your passport and visa (if applicable) at the immigration counters.
- Ensure you have submitted the SGAC before arrival. A printed or digital copy is not required at the checkpoint but may be useful for reference.
- Eligible travelers may use automated eGates for faster clearance.
- Be prepared for random security or health checks.

Claiming Baggage:
- After immigration, proceed to the baggage claim area.
- Check the assigned baggage carousel on the display screen for your flight.
- For any lost and found concerns, file a report via the Changi Airport Lost and Found portal.
Customs:
- Use the green channel if you have nothing to declare. Officers may still conduct random checks.
- Use the red channel if you are carrying controlled or prohibited goods.

Philippine e-Travel Form:
- Anyone entering the Philippines, including guests on layover flights, must register for the eTravel and Customs Declaration within 72 hours before their flight.
- eTravel declaration is free of charge and is mandatory for travel to the Philippines.
Check-In:
- Arrive at the airport at least three (3) hours before your flight.
- Our airport counters close one (1) hour before departure.
- Check the display screens to find information about the counters for your flight.
- Prepare your valid passport, booking confirmation or Itinerary Receipt, and visa (if applicable) for checking at the counters.
- Make your airport experience smoother and quicker by using Cebu Pacific’s self-service kiosks for check-in, bag tag printing, and self-bag drop. Simply prepare your booking reference number or barcode to retrieve your booking.
- If you checked in online, a digital boarding pass is accepted when departing from Singapore Changi Airport.

Customs & Boarding:

Communications:

Exiting the airport:
- If your flight is disrupted after immigration and customs clearance, you may be allowed to exit Singapore Changi Airport if you are a resident or hold a valid travel visa.
- If you purchased duty-free items, you must surrender these items to Cebu Pacific's ground handlers before exiting. These items will be securely stored and returned to you when you return to the airport for your rescheduled departure.
