How to Earn and Redeem Go Rewards Points

By linking Go Rewards to your MyCebuPacific account, you can now use your Go Rewards points as a mode of payment when booking a flight through the Cebu Pacific app or website.

If you encounter issues when linking Go Rewards to your MyCebuPacific account, please check if the name in your Go Rewards account matches the name in your MyCebuPacific account.

No. You will still need to enter the Go Rewards numbers of all the passengers that you will book to earn points from your flights. Go Rewards Terms and Conditions apply.

Yes. Once you go to your My Account tab on the Cebu Pacific app or website, you will see your available Go Rewards points balance.

This feature is not yet available. You can still keep track of your points on the Cebu Pacific app or website.

To confirm transactions paid with Go Rewards points, please reach out to the Go Rewards customer care team.

After successfully linking Go Rewards to your MyCebuPacific account, you may use your Go Rewards points as a form of payment for transactions on the Cebu Pacific app or website.

1. Make sure you're logged into your MyCebuPacific account first. Once you reach the payments page, proceed to select Go Rewards.



2. Adjust the slider button to determine how many points you want to use. You can also combine your Go Rewards points with another payment method, such as credit card, debit card, and e-Wallet.



3. After successful payment, Go Rewards will reflect in your payment summary

✅ To redeem your Go Rewards points for Cebu Pacific transactions, make sure you meet the following requirements:

• Your Go Rewards membership number must be Active.
• A minimum of at least 50 Go Rewards points is required for redemption.
• Flight redemptions do not earn Go Rewards points.
  • When you use Go Rewards as a form of payment, you will not earn additional points for that transaction.

Yes! You may combine Go Rewards points as a form of payment to confirm a booking.

This means that if your Go Rewards points are insufficient, you may use another payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, e-Wallet) to cover the remaining balance.

No, you won’t earn additional points for any bookings where you used Go Rewards points as a form of payment; may it be a full redemption or partial redemption (points and other forms of payment).

Yes! You can book for someone else using your Go Rewards points, or a combination of points and another payment method.

Yes, you can use your Go Rewards points to book flights for others even if you are not traveling.

To do this, simply log in to your MyCebuPacific account and ensure it is linked to your Go Rewards account before making the booking. Once linked, you can redeem your points and enter the passenger details of the person who will be traveling.

If your booking cost was in a different currency, your earned points will depend on the conversion rate to PHP at the time of booking. For your reference, 1 peso (PHP 1) is equivalent to 1 Go Rewards point.

You may request to unlink Go Rewards from your MyCebuPacific account any time.

Unlinking will remove the connection between the two accounts but will not delete either account.

To request this, you may:

• Contact Go Rewards Customer Support directly; or
• Chat with us, and we will coordinate your request with Go Rewards on your behalf.

⛓️‍💥 After unlinking:

• Your Go Rewards account remains active
• Your MyCebuPacific account remains active
• Points balance will no longer display in your MyCebuPacific account
• You will not be able to redeem Go Rewards points through Cebu Pacific until you relink
• You will earn Go Rewards points only when you add your Go Rewards number manually
• Your points and tier status will not be deleted
• You will continue to receive marketing communications from Cebu Pacific

Requests for unlinking are typically processed within three (3) business days once identity verification is completed. You will receive confirmation via email once the unlinking has been successfully processed.

If you change your mind later on, you may relink Go Rewards to your MyCebuPacific account any time in the My Account tab of your MyCebuPacific account. Make sure to log in first!



❗️ If you wish to delete your Go Rewards membership, please contact Go Rewards Customer Support directly.

Account deletion is separate from unlinking and will permanently remove your loyalty membership.
