Made a typo? You can go to Manage Booking within 24 hours of booking to change either your First or your Last Name! You can also update your other contact and guest details up to 2 hours before your flight.

General Guidelines:
- 👤 An account is required to make any booking changes.
- ❌ Booking is NOT transferable to another guest.
If it's less than 24 hours since you created your booking, you can correct your name via Manage Booking.

⚠️ You can update either your First Name only, or your Last Name only.
- ⏳ You can only make this change within 24 hours from the time of booking completion.
- ☝️ You can only update this once.
If it's more than 24 hours since you made your booking:
- 💬 Please chat with us via our app or website to connect with a Live Agent who can validate your request.
- 📄 Please prepare proof of the name correction, e.g., marriage certificate, or other supporting documents.
✒️ Update Nationality/Passport, Birthday, Salutation, or Contact Number
General Guidelines:
- 👤 A MyCebuPacific account is required to make any booking changes.
You can update these details up to 2 hours before your flight, via Manage Booking.
- ⏳ This is only available up to 2 hours before your flight.
- ☝️ For nationality/passport, birthday, and salutation details, you can only update this once.
- ✌️ For your contact number, you can update this multiple times as necessary.
- To correct or change your passenger type, e.g., from Child to Adult
- Please chat with us to reach out to a live agent who can help process your request.
If it's less than 2 hours before your flight:
- Please approach the airport counters for assistance.
For OFWs, you can change or add your Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) / MIAA Exemption Certificate (MEC) number even after completion of booking through the following channels:
- Chat with us via our app or website to connect with a Live Agent who can validate your request.
- If you're at the airport, please approach the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) counter.
- Once you're at the counter, present any of these documents:
- Overseas Employment Contract (OEC) issued by the OWWA
- OEC Balik Manggagawa Certificate
- Master Employment Contract (MEC)
