Made a typo? You can go to Manage Booking within 24 hours of booking to change either your First or your Last Name! You can also update your other contact and guest details up to 2 hours before your flight.

✏️ Update Name
If it's less than 24 hours since you created your booking, you can correct your name via Manage Booking.

⚠️ You can update either your First Name only, or your Last Name only;
- ⏳ You can only make this change within 24 hours from the time of booking completion;
- ☝️ You can only do this once.
If it's more than 24 hours since you made your booking:
- 💬 Please chat with Charlie via our app or website to connect with a Live Agent who can validate your request;
- 📄 Please prepare proof of the name correction, i.e. marriage certificate, or other supporting documents.
General Guidelines:
- 👤 An account is required to make any booking changes.
✒️ Update Nationality/Passport, Birthday, Salutation, or Contact Details
You can update these details up to 2 hours before your flight, via Manage Booking.
- ⏳ This is only available up to 2 hours before your flight;
- ☝️ You can only do this once.
If it's less than 2 hours before your flight:
- Please approach the airport counters for assistance.
