Updating Your Guest or Contact Details
Made a typo? You can go to Manage Booking within 24 hours of booking to change either your First or your Last Name! You can also update your other contact and guest details up to 2 hours before your flight.

✏️ Update Name
If it's less than 24 hours since you created your booking, you can correct your name via Manage Booking.

⚠️ You can update either your First Name only, or your Last Name only;
- ⏳ You can only make this change within 24 hours from the time of booking completion;
- ☝️ You can only update this once.
If it's more than 24 hours since you made your booking:
- 💬 Please chat with us via our app or website to connect with a Live Agent who can validate your request;
- 📄 Please prepare proof of the name correction, e.g., marriage certificate, or other supporting documents.
Special characters in your name:
- If your name has special characters (e.g., ñ, é, ü) please replace them with the regular letter instead (e.g., Niña ➡️ Nina).
- For names with apostrophes or hyphens, you may replace them with a space (e.g., Mary-Jane ➡️ Mary Jane, O'Connor ➡️ O Connor).
- If your boarding pass or itinerary shows your name without special characters, don't worry! Your booking is still valid.
Suffixes in your name:
- If your name has a suffix (Jr., Sr., III), proceed to enter the suffix in the "First Name" field.
- Enter your name exactly as it is shown in your valid ID.
General Guidelines:
- 👤 An account is required to make any booking changes.
- ❌ Booking is NOT transferable to another guest.
✒️ Update Nationality/Passport, Birthday, Salutation, or Contact Number
You can update these details up to 2 hours before your flight, via Manage Booking.
- ⏳ This is only available up to 2 hours before your flight;
- ☝️ For nationality/passport, birthday, and salutation details, you can only update this once.
- ✌️ For your contact number, you can update this multiple times as necessary.
If it's less than 2 hours before your flight:
- Please approach the airport counters for assistance.
For OFWs, you can change or add your Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) / MIAA Exemption Certificate (MEC) number even after completion of booking through the following channels:
- Chat with us via our app or website to connect with a Live Agent who can validate your request.
- If you're at the airport, please approach the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) counter.
- Once you're at the counter, present any of these documents, OEC issued by the OWWA; OEC Balik Manggagawa Certificate; or MEC.
