✈️ Cebu Pacific operates flights on the Manila–Jakarta–Manila route 3x weekly via Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3. All flights arrive at and depart from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
Guide & Travel Requirements
General Guidelines
Passport and visa
- Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months from your date of entry, has at least two (2) blank pages, and is undamaged.

You may be denied entry to Indonesia if your passport is damaged, including normal wear and tear affecting its readability or scanning.

- Philippine passport holders can enter Indonesia without a visa for stays no longer than 30 days.

All Indonesia Arrival Card
- Accomplish the All Indonesia Arrival Card within 72 hours before arrival.
- Starting September 1, 2025, this will replace the old e-Customs Declaration Form and the SATUSEHAT Health Pass.
- Make sure to save digital copy proving that you've filled out the arrival card in case of inspection.
Health Quarantine
- Before heading to the immigration area, you will pass through the health quarantine area.
- Make sure you have filled out the SATUSEHAT Health Pass.
Immigration:
- Present your passport and visa (if applicable) at the immigration counters.
Claiming Baggage:
- After immigration, proceed to claim your baggage at the baggage claim area.
- Check the respective baggage carousel on the display screen for your flight.
- If you lose your baggage, you can contact the airline staff at the Lost and Found counter.
Customs:
- Show the QR code from your e-Customs Declaration Form.
- Declare if you're carrying:
- Cash over IDR 100 million (or equivalent)
- Over 1 liter of alcohol
- More than 200 cigarettes, 25 cigars, or 100g tobacco
- Goods over USD 500 in value (or equivalent)
If you are traveling to the Philippines:
- Animal products are not allowed on your flight
- The Philippine Department of Agriculture has banned the entry of all animal and animal-related products and by-products from Indonesia to the Philippines.
- Kindly make sure to remove all related items from your baggage.
Philippine e-Travel Form
- Anyone entering the Philippines, including guests on layover flights, must register for the eTravel and Customs Declaration within 72 hours before their flight.
- eTravel declaration is free of charge and is mandatory for travel to the Philippines.
Check-In
- Arrive at the airport at least three (3) hours before your flight.
- Our airport counters close one (1) hour before departure.
- Check the display screens to find information about the counters for your flight.
- Prepare your valid passport, booking confirmation or Itinerary Receipt, and visa (if applicable) for checking at the counters.
- Make your airport experience smoother and quicker by using Cebu Pacific’s self-service kiosks for check-in and bag tag printing. Simply prepare your booking reference number or barcode to retrieve your booking.
- If you checked in online, a digital boarding pass is accepted when departing from Jakarta.

Baggage Policy for flights departing from Jakarta (CGK)

For flights departing from CGK, passengers who purchase prepaid baggage online may avail a maximum of three (3) check-in bags, with each piece having a base weight of 20kg. Please note that once you reach this limit, you will no longer be able to add extra pieces at the airport. For passengers who did not purchase prepaid baggage online, baggage can still be purchased at the airport, with a maximum allowance of three (3) check-in bags, subject to standard fees and weight limits.

Customs & Boarding
- Declare at the customs checkpoint if you are carrying over IDR 100 million (or equivalent).
- Check your printed boarding pass and the nearest display screen to find the boarding gate number.

Exiting the Airport
- If your flight is disrupted after immigration and customs clearance, you may be allowed to exit the airport.
