Seoul (Incheon) Travel Guide - Incheon International Airport (ICN)

Passport and Visa:

• Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months from your date of entry and has at least one blank page.
• Philippine passport holders must obtain a visa prior to travel. South Korea does not offer visa-free entry for Filipino citizens.

Korea e-Arrival Card: 

• The Korea e-Arrival Card is a mandatory form that foreign guests are required to complete before entering South Korea. This is free of charge and can be submitted within three (3) days before entering South Korea.
  • This requirement does not apply to Korean nationals, K-ETA holders, Korean Residence Card Holders, and flight crews.

Korea Electronic Travel Authorization: 

• The Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) temporary exemption is in effect until the end of 2026 for eligible nationalities. This exemption does not apply to Philippine passport holders.
• If you are a non-Philippine passport holder, please check if your nationality is covered under the exemption by visiting the official K-ETA website.

Immigration: 

• Present your passport and visa (if applicable) at the immigration counters. 
• Travelers are encouraged to carry a digital or printed copy of the Korea e-Arrival Card confirmation, for reference upon arrival. 
• Follow the "Arrivals" signs to proceed to the immigration counters.

Claiming Baggage:

• After immigration, proceed to claim your baggage at the baggage claim area.
• Check the respective baggage carousel on the display screen for your flight.

Customs: 

• Passengers must declare the following items upon arrival in South Korea, as they are restricted and subject to customs clearance. However, frozen meat and by-products are strictly banned and cannot be brought in under any circumstances:
  • Plants, fruits, vegetables
  • Animals and animal products (including meat, skin, hair, live fish, and processed goods)
  • All frozen meat and by-products (raw, processed, or cooked) are strictly prohibited
  • Endangered species and related items (e.g., ivory, fur, coral, herbal medicine made from protected wildlife)

Philippine e-Travel Form: 

• Anyone entering the Philippines, including guests on layover flights, must register for the eTravel and Customs Declaration within 72 hours before their flight.
• eTravel declaration is free of charge and is mandatory for travel to the Philippines.

Check-In:

• Arrive at the airport at least three (3) hours before your flight.
• Our airport counters close one (1) hour before departure.
• Check the display screens to find information about the counters for your flight.
• Prepare your valid passport, booking confirmation or Itinerary Receipt, and visa (if applicable) for checking at the counters.
• If you checked in online, a digital boarding pass is accepted when departing from Incheon.

• Check your boarding pass and the nearest display screen to find the boarding gate number.

Voluntary Flight Cancelation Policy:

• One-way and round-trip flights originating from Incheon and booked with KRW currency are eligible for voluntary refund processing even without Go Flexi or CEB Flexi.
  • ⚠️ Important Note: Beginning May 12, 2026, canceled flights departing from Incheon will be eligible for refund only, as the Travel Fund option will no longer be available.

Passenger Rights: 

• You have certain rights as an air passenger in case of flight disruptions.

Communications: 

• In the event of flight disruptions, passengers will be notified through various communication channels, including ground announcements and printed or digital signages.

• We also encourage passengers to monitor their email for important updates from Cebu Pacific.

Exiting the Airport:

• If your flight is disrupted after immigration and customs clearance, you may be allowed to exit Incheon International Airport.
• Please be advised that the following procedures apply to duty-free items during flight disruptions:
  • For late-night disruptions, duty-free items will be collected and returned to passengers when they board their next flight.
  • For daytime disruptions, duty-free items will be collected and refunded. The refund process will vary depending on the payment method used (cash or credit card).
