On the Cebu Pacific mobile app: Simply tap on the Menu at the bottom right corner. Under the Talk to Us section, you have the option to chat with Charlie.
On the Cebu Pacific Air website: Look out for Charlie at the bottom right corner. Click on the icon and send her your questions.
