Guidelines

For domestic shipments

🐶 To transport household pets within the Philippines, you need:

✅ A Local Shipping Permit from the Bureau of Quarantine
- This can be obtained online. Processing takes 3 business days.
- Please print the permit and bring it to the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) office at the Mezzanine Floor, PSI Building, ICT Compound, NAIA, Pasay City (near Terminal 1 and Terminal 2) for countersigning of a Quarantine Officer.
- ❗️Take Note: The signature remains valid for 24 hours, whereas the issued Local Shipping Permit is valid for 7 days.
  - If more than 24 hours have passed since the initial signature, the permit must be re-signed to remain valid.
✅ Veterinary Health Certificate
✅ Updated Vaccination Record from a veterinary clinic or hospital
- The pet should be vaccinated at least 14 days before the travel date
- The specific breed must be indicated in the certificate

💡 Booking Reminders

Booking is strictly on a first come, first served basis.
- We only accept booking requests 1- 3 days before your preferred date of transfer.
- We only cater airport to airport service only.
We only accommodate live animals on a ventilated aircraft.
- Aircraft availability may change without prior notice.
For the safety and comfort of the live animals, we do not accept live animal shipments between 8:00am to 4:00pm.

❗️ Important

Generally, snub-nosed (brachycephalic) dogs and cats are not accepted as cargo due to their risk for respiratory conditions.
However, mixed-breed pets with partial snub-nosed genetics may be assessed for acceptability.

Make sure the pet is at least 3 months old and above	Do not bring snub-nosed pets as they are not accepted for cargo
Ventilation: Animal container must be adequately ventilated on at least three sides of the container (not counting the roof or floor of the container). Kennel cages must have a ventilation opening on all four sides. Kennel must have enough space for the animal to: Stand and turn Be able to lie down in a natural manner Kennel cage with wheels must be taped or removed to avoid movement during the travel.	Kennel cages with doors or an opening on top are not allowed.
Animal container must be rigid enough to prevent the animal from escaping and is suitable to hold the animals inside at all times.	Do not place pets inside metal cages
Make sure the container is clean and, if reused, it must be thoroughly washed or disinfected.	Animal container must have no sharp projections (such as nails, wires, etc.) inside which could harm the animal.
The container must be leak-proof and have absorbent bedding suitable for the animal.
