To delete your account, follow these simple steps:

Log in to your account on the Cebu Pacific mobile app and tap "My Account"
Tap "Settings"
Tap the "Delete Account" button

Once your request for account deletion is complete, it will take seven (7) days for your account to be deleted. You can still cancel the account deletion by logging in to your account within seven days from the date you requested for account deletion.

An email will be sent to you within the seven-day period to confirm if you want to proceed with the deletion, and we’ll send another email after the 7-day period to inform you that your account has been deleted.

Before deleting your account, please also be reminded of the following:

If there's at least one (1) active booking in your MyCebuPacific account, then your account cannot be deleted.
Once the account is deleted, it can no longer be recovered.
Make sure your Travel Fund is empty. Once your MyCebuPacific account is deleted, the Travel Fund in the account is forfeited and cannot be reinstated. It is not refundable, and it cannot be converted to cash.

Once your account is deleted after seven days, you may register again or create a new MyCebuPacific account using your old email address.
