Online Check-In window hours:

| Domestic | 48 hours before your flight | 1 hour before your flight |
| International | 48 hours before your flight | 2 hours before your flight |
✈️ If you're departing from NAIA Terminal 3:
- You must enter through Gates 5 & 6, then proceed to the check-in kiosks between Aisles A & B.
- If you don't have any bags to check in, head straight to the security / immigration gates.
- If you have bags to check in, you can use our Self Bag Drop Kiosks at Aisle A.
❌ Online Check-in is not available for guests who:
- Are Unaccompanied Minors;
- Require mobility/medical assistance or have a travel request;
- Are in a group booking with more than 20 passengers;
- Have an outstanding balance;
- For your convenience, please pay via Manage Booking before checking in.

- Are tax-exempt (e.g. OFWs);
- Are not able to select an option for their disrupted flights.
With this, please proceed to the airport counters for further verification.
